Privacy Policy

What information we collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it — typically through the contact form or enquiry form on this website. This may include:

• Your first name and business name
• Email address
• Your website URL
• Information you include in free-text fields (your marketing challenges, notes, etc.)

We also collect non-personal technical data through Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (city level). This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

Information submitted through forms on this website is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry within 24 hours
• Provide the service or audit you've requested
• Communicate with you about your engagement if you become a client

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing. We do not add you to any email list without your explicit consent.

How your information is stored and processed

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree stores submitted data on secure servers in accordance with their own privacy policy. Notifications are sent to Yulia's private email address. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Website analytics are handled by Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Google may process data in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your personal information is not stored in any additional database, CRM, or third-party platform without your knowledge.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with the service providers named above (Formspree, Google Analytics) to the extent necessary to operate this website.

Your rights under Australian Privacy Law

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
• Make a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been breached

To exercise any of these rights, contact Yulia directly at info@ykmarketing.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
